An unfortunate driver reportedly wrecked their Porsche 911 GT3 RS just three hours after leaving the dealership with the luxury car.
The high-performance whip shown in the video below ended up in a tree a few hours after purchase, perhaps exposing the buyer’s inexperience with such vehicles, given what’s under the hood.
The car boasts 525 horsepower and is powered by a 4.0-liter flat-six engine in the rear, which is typical for Porsches.
While the engine’s location helps with traction and handling where high-performance driving is required, unfamiliar drivers may have difficulty adjusting to the displaced weight and rear-wheel drive.

“Driving a Porsche requires training. They don’t behave like cars people are used to, including other sport cars,” someone else advised.
I bet that many people who never drove a Porsche in these comments, would do exactly the same thing.

“If he uses the rule “don’t buy it if you can’t afford to buy it twice” then he’s golden here,” said a third.

The Porsche 911 GT3 RS Is Perfect For High Speed

If you’re an experienced speed driver, the Porsche GT3 could be considered the perfect car. It features rear-wheel steering and Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus, which makes it remarkably agile on a racetrack.
It’s also equipped with aerodynamic enhancements, including a large rear wing and other active aero properties. The lightweight manufacturing ensures downforce and extra stability at high speeds.
It appears the driver needed a few more days with the car.
