So now Dale Earnhardt Jr. has a podcast with his wife Amy Earnhardt. Now, his loyal fans can tune up to the show to get some great inside stories of the legendary NASCAR driver’s life.
Amy recently called out a friend for his inappropriate behavior during a vacation on their podcast Bless Your Hardt.
During the episode, she recounted how this unnamed friend spent an entire day sitting in a pool without getting out, leading to concerns about hygiene. She noted that he only left the pool to eat a meal or two.
“I won’t say the person’s name. This person went on vacation with us,” she started the “gross” story.
“Oh my god, I remember this,” Dale Earnhardt Jr. immediately added up.
“We were in Roatan. He sat in the pool all day. The friend ate maybe one or two meals at the pool. Never had to get out. And it’s a sea-fed pool. So, there is some type of flushing system. He didn’t get up, all day long he sat there. Everybody was like, Tim, we’ve noticed,” Amy said.

What’s hidden between the lines was, he likely urinated in the pool throughout the day, as he showed no intention of exiting for bathroom breaks. No wonder Amy never stepped into the pool that day.
However, the incident took place while they were in Roatan. Amy’s comments got equal acknowledgment from Dale Jr., who also expressed discomfort over pool-goers who drink at swim-up bars.

Amy Roasted Dale Earnhardt Jr. For His Frosty Hairstyle

While the couple had a good laugh over the uncomfortable situation, that did not mean Dale Earnhardt Jr. couldn’t get roasted himself.
During the podcast, Amy playfully roasted her husband for his signature frosted-tips hairstyle from the early 2000s. As they prepared for the NASCAR Darlington Throwback Week, a fan prompted a nostalgic discussion about Dale’s old look.
Although, the hairstyle had become quite the trend during that era. Amy quipped that any guy who frosted his hair during that time was “a little silly.”
“So it’s funny, it feels like that’s a totally different human being that existed back then because the version of Dale that was then is definitely not the version of Dale I have now. I think any guy that frosted their hair was a little silly, I can’t imagine him doing that to be honest, which is why I feel like it’s a totally different guy,” Mrs. Earnhardt Jr. said.
Delving into their shared memories, Dale recounted the somewhat painful experience of getting his hair frosted. He described the process of using a cap with numerous holes, through which his hair was pulled with a crochet needle.
