The Los Angeles Clippers will have a monumental task ahead in their playoff clash. Dreaming of a title run this year, they will be squaring off against the Denver Nuggets next. And while this might seem like a mouthwatering clash on paper, the Clippers will be wary of one particular name. And it is none other than Nikola Jokic. Jokic has played a pivotal role in carrying the Nuggets on his shoulders. And when asked about how Jokic can be contained, seasoned veteran Bogdan Bogdanovic had a surprising answer.
Addressing the media ahead of the all-important clash, Bogdanovic was asked about how Jokic can be stopped. Well, as it looks like, the Nuggets’ star is unstoppable! At least, that is what Bogdanovic opines. However, despite bowing to Jokic’s greatness, Bogdanovic also stated that the game is not about one individual.
“We can’t focus on one [guy]. Some players that are great like that, there’s no tricks to stop them. You gotta use multiple efforts,” said Bogdanovic.

“They're a great team. Yeah, he makes them better, but he needs the rest of his teammates as well. Knowing the game of basketball, it's 5-on-5 at the end of the day. We'll have to all lock… pic.twitter.com/b796J23xUn
The Clippers’ 32-year-old star also mentioned how a combined team effort can surely work in favor of the Clippers. He also mentioned that the Clippers had some unstoppable talents in their ranks as well. However, ahead of their playoff run, the Nuggets have a significant problem to deal with. Having their coach fired abruptly, Nikola Jokic shed light on the same.

After losing four games on the trot, the Nuggets’ authorities made an abrupt decision. They decided to get rid of their head coach, Michael Malone! Just ahead of the playoffs, such a decision startled everyone, to say the least. When asked about it by Nikola Jokic, he stated that he had no clue what was happening with the coaching staff.

“I knew a little bit before everybody. And (Josh Kroenke) told me, ‘We made a decision.’ So it was not a discussion. It was a decision, and he told me why. So I listened and I accept it,” Jokic said.

Thus, looking to brush off the setback, Jokic will surely look to get back his scoring form. But with the Clippers coming prepared, the resulting matchup will be a banger.
