Speaking on the Kevin Durant situation, Windhorst stated that two teams that are currently in the hunt are the Houston Rockets and the Toronto Raptors. Now, for the Rockets, Windhorst suggested not increasing their numbers anymore. And this paves the way for the Raptors to cash in. According to the NBA insider, the Raptors can play the waiting game.
