“Former player, I understand players, personnel, being strategic, how to build teams. I know what I don’t know. You also have the put people in those positions. President, GM, you put all the basketball acumen in those positions. And then you cover that with business minds, so now you create these levels,” Melo said.
“The business mind can never question the basketball mind, but it has to be a connection between the two,” he added.

Anthony’s legacy at Syracuse is cemented in history. As a freshman, he helped lead the team to a remarkable 30-5 record and a national championship. His contributions earned him the honor of having his No. 15 jersey retired by the university.
