With this Game 5 win, the Pacers advanced to the conference finals with a 4-1 series record, eliminating a Cavaliers team that had won 64 games during the regular season.

Haliburton was one of the major reasons the Pacers punched their ticket to the Conference Finals for the second year in a row. In Game 5, Haliburton put up 31 points while grabbing six rebounds and dishing out eight assists.
Hali connected on six shots from beyond the arc and also recorded one steal. He went 10-of-15 from the field and made five of his six free throw attempts.

Pascal Siakam collected eight rebounds and handed out five assists while scoring 21 points. Andrew Nembhard added three rebounds and six assists to go along with 18 points. Aaron Nesmith was also active on the boards with 13 rebounds, along with two assists and 13 points, while Myles Turner contributed ten points and seven rebounds.

On the Cavs’ side, Donovan Mitchell carried most of the offensive load for Cleveland. He pulled down nine rebounds, provided an assist, and scored a team-high 35 points.
Evan Mobley added solid support with 11 rebounds and one assist, finishing with 24 points. Darius Garland scored only 11 points, while Jarrett Allen finished with nine points.
Game 5 loss ended the Cavaliers’ playoff run with four losses in the Conference Semifinals for the second straight season.
