Devin Booker is having second thoughts about his NBA career. Playing for the Phoenix Suns, Booker has quite a lucrative contract at the moment. Add to that all his endorsements and brand promotions. However, despite having all of these, Booker seems to have found an alternate profession that pays more.
In a recent live streaming session, Booker dropped a bold statement. He pointed out that streamers and podcast hosts earn significantly more than the NBA athletes. Comparing the two, Booker voted for the streaming industry to be more lucrative than NBA. He even expressed his desire to delve into the streaming industry sometimes in the future.
“Hell no, there’s more money in this sh*t, bro. I should be doing what y’all doing,” said Booker.

Meanwhile, the Phoenix Suns are looking to consolidate their team for the next session. Surprisingly, a potential Devin Booker trade rumor has been doing the rounds recently.
Devin Booker Rumored To Join The Dallas Mavericks

The trade rumors are all over the place at the moment. In the current season, the Phoenix Suns failed to achieve a playoff spot, much to the agony of the fans. With the Suns looking to shake up their roster, a potential trade idea for Booker has been proposed. As per Andre Snellings of ESPN, the Mavericks might be interested in Booker. This way, they will not have to wait and develop Cooper Flagg. Instead, they can pair Booker right away with Kyrie Irving and Anthony Davis.

“Enter Booker, who was a first-team All-NBA shooting guard in 2021-22, and is squarely in his prime at 28 years old. A healthy core of Davis, Irving and Booker would be able to contend for championships immediately, and Booker would remain a centerpiece even as Davis and Irving start to age out of their primes. Add on that Dallas also gets some draft considerations in this deal,” Snellings wrote.
