Eric Bledsoe, the former NBA first-round pick, has recently been in the news for some troubling reasons.
According to reports from TMZ Sports, California police arrested him on charges of domestic violence after allegedly striking a woman in the face.
The situation unfolded early in the morning, around 2:30 AM, when someone called the police to a gas station. There, they found Bledsoe with a woman who had visible bruising and swelling on her face.
The woman told authorities that Bledsoe had hit her, but he chose not to comment on what had happened when questioned by the police.

As it stands, Bledsoe is facing felony domestic violence charges and a $50,000 bail. This isn’t the first time he’s faced such issues; back in 2022, he was arrested on a misdemeanor domestic charge.
But that case was dropped due to inconsistent statements from the alleged victim.

However, Bledsoe has had a notable 12-season career in the NBA, playing for teams like the Clippers, Suns, Bucks, and Pelicans. He was also part of a talented Kentucky Wildcats team in 2009-10, which featured several players who later made it to the NBA.
Eric Bledsoe Involved In Breaking Into LA Home Over Argument With Girlfriend
While Eric Bledsoe got into an ugly drama with a woman on the highway, he had a similar situation with his girlfriend in April this year.
Bledsoe had a troubling incident at his home in Los Angeles involving his girlfriend, Briona Mae. According to reports, neighbors heard a heated argument and called the police, which led to an emergency response.

When officers arrived, they found both Bledsoe and Mae uncooperative. However, they pieced together that they got into a fight.
Luckily, there were no visible signs of domestic violence, and no one was arrested.
In the wake of the incident, it seems that Bledsoe was trying to make amends. He took to social media to share some heartfelt messages aimed at Briona, expressing his regret and asking her to come back.
He has deleted both the posts, but they certainly drew attention.
