The Minnesota Timberwolves, unfortunately, fell short in Game 5 of their conference finals matchup against the Oklahoma City Thunder, resulting in their exit from the playoffs. Following this disappointing outcome, Anthony Edwards found himself under significant scrutiny from fans and analysts alike.
In the latest episode of the Run It Back Podcast on FDTV, former NBA star Lou Williams didn’t hold back while critiquing Edwards. He pointed out that Edwards really missed the mark with his comments following the team’s elimination in the Western Conference Finals.
“I’ve been to the Eastern Conference Finals once in 17 years. That is something you don’t want to take for granted,” Williams said.
