Gilbert Arenas is counting his blessings after he was reportedly involved in a car crash over Fourth of July weekend.
According to TMZ, the former NBA all-star was driving his Mayback down the 101 freeway in Los Angeles when someone in a Toyota RAV4 struck his luxury vehicle causing their car to go out of control. The RAV4 was said to have rolled and landed upside down in the middel of the freeway.
“For his part, Gilbert seemed to joke about the whole ordeal on social media afterward, saying, “@thebig3 the ghost ballers musta sent a killer to stop me since they couldn’t.”
FYI, Gilbert — who now plays in the BIG3 for the Enemies — beat up on the Ghost Ballers the day before the accident, droppin’ 12 points in a 51-35 win in Alabama.”
Multiple people pulled over and jumped out of their vehicles to help as traffic came to a standstill.
Arenas averaged 20.7 points, 5.3 assists and 3.9 rebounds across 552 regular-season games while in the NBA.
