In front of a roaring crowd at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Saturday, the Pacers delivered a 125-108 victory in Game 6. The win saw them eliminating the Knicks from the playoffs after winning the series 4-2.
With the series win, they secured their first trip to the NBA Finals in 24 years. Pascal Siakam emerged as the driving force behind the series win and was deservedly named Eastern Conference Finals MVP. The Pacers now look ahead to the NBA Finals series against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Siakam stepped up on the biggest stage and gave Indiana the push they needed to close out the series. In Game 6, he posted a dominant stat line with 31 points, five rebounds, three assists, and three blocks while shooting 10-for-18 from the field.
Across the entire Eastern Conference Finals, Siakam averaged 24.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game, along with a combined 2.0 steals and blocks per contest. These performances earned him the Eastern Conference Finals MVP award in a tight 5-4 vote over teammate Tyrese Haliburton.

Haliburton played a critical role in the win with 21 points, 13 assists, and six rebounds. Andrew Nembhard contributed 14 points and eight assists. Off the bench, Obi Toppin gave the Pacers a spark with 18 points and six rebounds. Aaron Nesmith chipped in 10 points, while Myles Turner added 11 points and two rebounds.

The Knicks showed a fight but couldn’t match Indiana’s offensive firepower. Karl-Anthony Towns led New York with 22 points and 14 rebounds in 38 minutes. OG Anunoby added 24 points and five rebounds. Jalen Brunson managed 19 points and seven assists. Mikal Bridges added 15 points and four assists, while Mitchell Robinson scored eight points and pulled down nine rebounds.
