
The Orlando Magic will face the Washington Wizards on Thursday in the 2024-25 NBA regular season, and fans are curious about Paolo Banchero’s status.
The Magic will lock horns for the final time this season against the Wizards at Capital One Arena. However, according to the injury report, Banchero is set to play against Washington.
Orlando, with a record of 37-40, is coming off an 11-point victory against the San Antonio Spurs. On the other hand, the Wizards are struggling, sitting at the bottom of the Eastern Conference with a record of 16-59.

While the Wizards are struggling lately, Paolo Banchero is making a good case for himself.
Banchero earned Easter Conference Player of the Week for March 24-30. This is the second time Paolo earned this honor in his young career.
Last week, he averaged an impressive 30.3 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 4.3 assists over four games, spending about 35.6 minutes on the court each day. The Magic star shot an impressive 54.3% from the field, hitting 44 of 81 shots.

However, he also played a key role in helping the Magic secure a 3-1 record for the week. Throughout those games, Banchero led or tied for the team lead in scoring three times, rebounding once, and assists three times.
This season, Banchero has played in 41 games for the Magic, averaging 25.9 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 4.7 assists in about 34.3 minutes per game.
He even set a career-high of 50 points in a game against Indiana on October 28. With all that scoring run after his name, the star forward promises an exciting future for the team.
