The Minnesota Timberwolves put on a remarkable display during their final three matchups of the 2024-25 NBA regular season. Anthony Edwards not only showed off his extraordinary talents on the court but also led the Timberwolves to an impressive trio of victories.
These wins positioned the Timberwolves in sixth place in the Western Conference standings, securing a coveted playoff spot. They are set to challenge the Los Angeles Lakers in the first round of the playoffs. Interestingly, as Game 1 approaches, Lakers forward Jarred Vanderbilt discussed the defensive strategy aimed at neutralizing his former teammate, Edwards.
“He’s a great offensive player, man. He’s super physical, he’s shooting it well this year, as you can see. So just continue to just make it tough for him. He can get going quick, so just not to get anything easy for him,” Vanderbilt said.
