Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is not a fan of LeBron James disrespecting his opponents.
Last month, James pulled out his big balls celebration, which was made famous by former NBA player Sam Cassell, after hitting a huge shot in overtime.
In a video posted on Substack, Abdul-Jabbar slammed LeBron for a provocative dance he did against the Pacers. He called the dance “stupid and childish” and declared that “GOATs don’t dance.”
“For me, winning is enough,” Abdul-Jabbar said. “Why do you need to do a stupid, childish dance and disrespect the other team on the court? It doesn’t make sense. GOATs don’t dance.”
LeBron ended up getting fined $15,000 for his actions on the November 24 game.
Back in October, Abdul-Jabbar also chastised James for his stance on the COVID-19 vaccine.
The Lakers team are not living up to expectations as they are just 12-12 on the year and looking less like a championship roster and barely a playoff team at the bottom of the Western Conference.
