There’s still time for the next NBA season, but Luka Doncic is getting the Los Angeles Lakers fans amped up. Since his joining, the LA fanbase has had high expectations for Doncic. And he delivered that too, to a great extent.
However, his weight and conditioning have definitely been hot topics throughout the 2024-25 offseason. Just when it seemed like all eyes were on the court, the Dallas Mavericks traded him to the Lakers.
Doncic joined the new camp in early February this year with high hopes of a championship run. However, the Minnesota Timberwolves cut short their dream in Round 1.

Even with fitness worries, Doncic still showed his incredible skills, averaging 28.2 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 7.7 assists per game during the season. But after the Lakers were knocked out, his conditioning became a real point of concern for fans.
Recently, though, fans started to notice a positive change. Luka was seen looking slimmer in some workout photos, which quickly went viral. Many were pleasantly surprised by the transformation.
He also appeared at a Real Madrid basketball game, where his improved physique caught even more attention. However, social media is what it is, and some commenters couldn’t resist making light of the situation.
