Michael Jordan is making another return to the NBA.
Given his private nature, the former Chicago Bulls star has made it a point to avoid television. But it appears NBC Sports made him an offer he couldn’t refuse.
The company announced on Monday that MJ will be a special contributor when the NBA returns to its network in October. The announcement came as part of NBCUniversal’s presentation to advertisers at Radio City Music Hall.

Jordan is widely regarded as the greatest basketball player of all time, having won six NBA championships and two Olympic gold medals. He was also a five-time MVP, 10-time Scoring Champion, and 14-time All-Star.
This is undoubtedly a major coup for NBC and will make them the envy of the sports media world.
The network shared its fall schedule earlier on Monday, revealing that NBA basketball will be its “biggest new show” and a “huge priority.”
Fans will look forward to the return of the NBA on NBC even more, given this latest development.
