
Miles Bridges is not a bad guy.
The all-time Houston Hornets has recently opened up about his personal struggle, which is taking a toll on him.
Bridges took to his Instagram account and shared his fatherhood struggles through an emotional post.
“In y’all eyes I’m always gone be the bad guy. But I’m genuinely asking what should I do? I don’t wanna be falsely accused of anything again. I just want to be a father to my children and the mother of my kids won’t let me,” Bridges wrote.

Bridges has faced significant off-the-court challenges that have affected his career. Despite being a talented player, he hasn’t played more than 70 games in a season since the 2021-22 NBA season.
Additionally, he also missed the entire 2022-23 season due to a suspension related to domestic violence charges. After pleading no contest to those charges, the Hornets suspended him for 30 games.

He received an additional 10-game suspension for allegedly violating a protection order.
Recently, after missing the last three games of the regular season, Bridges took to Instagram to discuss his struggles with his reputation. He expressed a desire to change how he is viewed, emphasized his wish to be a good father, and shared his feelings of frustration.
However, until he resolves his personal issues, focusing solely on basketball may remain difficult.
Miles Bridges Acquitted Of Domestic Violence Case Due To Insufficient Evidence

While Miles Bridges found social media to be the best platform for opening his heart, he must be at peace now.
The Hornets’ star has recently been acquitted of domestic violence charges due to insufficient evidence.

It all started on October 6, 2023, when multiple charges were brought against him. The charges included allegations of domestic violence, damage to personal property, and child abuse.
However, in February 2024, the court dropped the charges, stating there wasn’t enough evidence to warrant a trial. Court documents pointed out the inconsistencies in the plaintiff’s narrative. It led the judge to determine that the state wouldn’t be able to make a strong case.
