The Milwaukee Bucks are gearing up for an all-important game against the Indiana Pacers. However, ahead of their game, they will surely be missing the services of their star, Damian Lillard. In a recent update, it was revealed that Lillard could make a comeback pretty soon. Lillard was cleared for full-fledged basketball activities.
In fact, to add to his joy, the Bucks’ star was also taken off his blood-thinning medications. Just a month ago, Lillard received some of the most unfortunate news when he was diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis in his right calf. Having received some good news, Lillard had some words to share.
“Obviously there’s people with way worse issues than I’ve dealt with, so I don’t want to be dramatic about it, but you just never know when something could come up and change your life,” Lillard said.

Missing one month’s worth of action, Lillard also had his life in danger. After all, deep vein thrombosis is an abnormal clotting within a blood vessel. This results in the blocking of the blood en route back to the heart. Meanwhile, ahead of the start of the playoffs, Shams Charania had a somber update to share.
