The New York Knicks had one of the most significant losses recently. The Knicks put up a sorry show after their solitary loss in the second-round series. With Jayson Tatum reigning supreme, the Knicks fell flat 93-115 in Game 3. Naturally, the entire team’s performance went under the knife. But chief among them was Mitchell Robinson. With the fans getting quite critical of the Knicks’ star, Robinson did not seem to be putting up with it.
Robinson was considered a free-throw specialist and had quite an off day on the court. Shooting from the line, Robinson could only convert four shots out of his attempted 12. What was more concerning was that Robinson missed his initial five consecutive attempts. With the fans criticizing him significantly, Robinson hit back at them with a blunt message.
“I know y’all commenting & doing stupid stuff thinking I really care. I really don’t. Y’all know what I care about: this motherf*cker (truck), playing basketball & my daughter…Y’all should know me by now. Been here 7 years…😆 Anyway Happy Mother’s Day,” said Robinson.

Surely, this was quite a heated exchange between the two. But as of now, Robinson needs to keep calm. After all, his first and foremost goal must be to help the Knicks make a comeback. Meanwhile, Robinson did not seem to be too happy about his performance in the last game.

Robinson is expected to perform well as a pivotal athlete for the Knicks. Unfortunately, with his latest off-form, Robinson has been making time for his team on the court, which is a little tricky. Take Game 3 of the second-round playoff series, for example. Facing some significant struggles with the free throws, he kept missing his initial shots.

On one occasion, Robinson hurled a throw that did not even touch the rim! Upset with his performance, the Knicks’ star bent down and placed his hands on his head, covering his face. And despite the crowd cheering him on, Mitchell had little luck from the line.
