Despite another eye-catching showing from Jalen Brunson, the Knicks were unable to overcome the strong performance by Pascal Siakam, who carried Indiana throughout the night.
With this victory, the Pacers now hold a commanding 2-0 lead in the series. They are just two wins away from advancing to the NBA Finals.
Pascal Siakam’s Huge Night Gives Pacers Another Win Heading Back To Indy

Pascal Siakam delivered a massive performance in Game 2. He scored 39 points on 15-of-23 shooting from the field, including 3-of-5 from beyond the arc. In addition to his scoring, Siakam grabbed four rebounds and dished out three assists.
This marks the highest point total in a playoff game by a Pacer since Paul George. Only Paul George and Reggie Miller have recorded more 35-point playoff games in Pacers history than Siakam.

Myles Turner contributed 16 points and three rebounds, while Andrew Nembhard added 12 points, along with three rebounds and two assists. Tyrese Haliburton had an all-around game with 14 points, eight rebounds, and 11 assists. Aaron Nesmith recorded 12 points and seven rebounds, and T.J. McConnell added a strong effort with 10 points, two rebounds, and four assists.

Jalen Brunson led all the Knicks players, scoring 36 points with three rebounds and 11 assists. With this performance, Brunson surpassed Patrick Ewing for the most 30-point playoff games in New York Knicks history.
Karl-Anthony Towns scored 20 points with seven rebounds, while Mikal Bridges also had 20 points and seven rebounds. OG Anunoby contributed 16 points, five rebounds, and one assist. Josh Hart struggled with just six points, though he added six rebounds. Mitchell Robinson had a quiet night offensively with six points but led the Knicks in rebounding with nine rebounds.
