The Cleveland Cavaliers are learning the hard way that no team is safe in the NBA, no matter how high they are in the standings. On Friday night, they suffered their fourth straight loss, falling 123-112 to the Phoenix Suns. Despite being short-handed, the Suns secured one of their most impressive wins of the season by dint of a masterful performance from Kevin Durant.
With the loss, the Cavaliers now hold a 56-14 record but remain at the top of the East. Meanwhile, the Suns extended their winning streak to three games and improved to a 34-37 record, securing the tenth seed in the Western Conference.
