The Denver Nuggets recently competed in Game 5 of their intense Round 1 playoff series against the Los Angeles Clippers. This highly charged matchup was particularly thrilling, as Russell Westbrook squared off against his former teammates in the high-stakes environment of the playoffs.
After missing Game 4, Westbrook returned to the court for Game 5, where he delivered a stellar performance by scoring 21 points, along with one assist and one rebound in just 21 minutes. “I have so much gratitude and so much respect for the game. So much respect for being able to go out and compete. I always tell myself before every night to have fun. My fun may look a little different than everybody else’s. It may not be with a smile,” Westbrook said.
