With a 148-106 victory, the Golden State Warriors destroyed the San Antonio Spurs. Early on, the Warriors capitalized on the strength of their squad with Stephen Curry back in the starting lineup. By the end of the first quarter, the Warriors had taken a 17-point advantage, effectively ending the game. Throughout the remainder of the game, the gap would only widen. Steph being back from injury is a good signal for the dubs.
The score and the way the two teams played made it clear how different their classes were. Even though the opponents sat their key players early in the game, the Spurs were out of depth against the Warriors from the beginning of the first quarter and never appeared to be coming back.
Stephen Curry’s Return Alongside Jimmy Butler Works Out For The Dubs

Even though he only played 26 minutes, Stephen Curry had a strong game, scoring 13 points (4–10 FG), pulling down three rebounds, dishing out six assists, stealing one, and blocking one. Jimmy Butler had an intense day with 13 points (4-5 FG), three rebounds, eight assists, and four steals in just twenty-four minutes. With 27 minutes played, 227 points (9–14 FG), six rebounds, five assists, and one steal, Brandin Podziemski led the squad in both minutes and scoring.
The eight players Kerr used off the bench scored 61 points. Buddy Hield led them with five rebounds, four assists, three steals, and 19 points (8–12 FG). The Warriors bench put on a polished display, helping to finish the game and ensuring Kerr didn’t look awful for playing them.

Sandro Mamukelashvili finished with four assists, eleven rebounds, one steal, and fourteen points (6-10 FG). Malaki Branham contributed three assists, one rebound, and thirteen points (4–8 FG).
