The ChatGPT predictions are getting out of hand, in a good way, though, and it can now predict and pick every NBA team’s best playoff player.
Initially, these LLMs, or Large Language Models were good for nothing in critical thinking tasks. And their limitation with accessing the real time data through the internet only added to it.
But after multiple updates and infrastructure enhancements, the chatbot can now generate near-perfect answers.
Recently, someone asked OpenAI’s ChatGPT to name the greatest playoff player for every NBA team. And the results generated quite a buzz among the hoop fans.

Most of the fans gave the nod to ChatGPT for doing a great job in picking up the right players from every franchise. However, most of them were suggested to put LeBron James in either the Los Angeles Lakers or Miami Heat.

NBA Fans Buzzing Over ChatGPT’s Greatest Playoff Player For Every NBA Team Pick
For the Atlanta Hawks, GPT picked Dominique Wilkins, and that was for all the good reasons. Wilkins spent his first 14 years at the Hawks camp. Additionally, he also went on to get all of his nine NBA All-Star nominations in Atlanta.
However, despite arguing over NBA greats like Larry Bird, Michael Jordan, and Magic Johnson, fans kept reeling over stars from later years.

However, not all the comments were in disagreement with the chatbot; some agreed with it for putting the right names.

Now that ChatGPT is getting better with time, it’s no wonder it will soon determine the next NBA champion team even before the season starts. Just saying!
