However, the moment the fans spotted Olympian Suni Lee in the stands, they got overly excited. And one of the biggest reasons for the same was OG Anunoby. Unfortunately, despite the huge pop from the crowd, the Knicks failed to take a 2-0 lead. Falling 94-100 after four quarters, the fans went back home dissatisfied.

Now, before the game was hanging in balance, the fans at Madison Square Garden were electric. The moment Suni Lee was featured on the jumbotron, the entire arena started to call out OG Anunoby’s name. Well, the story goes back to April 6, 2025, when the Knicks squared off against the Phoenix Suns. With Suni Lee in attendance, OG Anunoby played one of the best games of his career. Dropping a whopping 32 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists, Anunoby led his team to a 112-98 victory. However, this time around, the Suni Lee magic did not work. But that did not stop the fans from getting creative on social media.
