After the game, Thunder forward Chet Holmgren shared his thoughts on returning to Minnesota.
Recently, Holmgren returned to Minneapolis for Game 3. During the post-game interview, he reflected on his experience there and discussed the Timberwolves’ incredible turnaround.
“It’s great. Way back when I could’ve never pictured this because Timberwolves didn’t really have a winning track record. It’s great to see them have things turn around.” Holmgren said.

Chet Holmgren was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on May 1, 2002. He developed his basketball skills while growing up in the area and started his journey at Minnehaha Academy in sixth grade.

The Timberwolves displayed an impressive performance in Game 3 to bounce back in the conference finals series against the Thunder. Anthony Edwards played for 30 minutes, scoring 30 points along with six assists and nine rebounds. Julius Randle also made a significant impact by recording 24 points, three assists, and four rebounds. These strong efforts led the Timberwolves to a commanding 143-101 victory over the Thunder.
