The Golden State Warriors are officially out of the playoffs. With their superstar Stephen Curry sidelined due to a hamstring injury, the team fell 121 to 110 to the Minnesota Timberwolves in Game 5. That loss gave the Timberwolves a 4–1 series win and secured their spot in the Western Conference Finals.
The Timberwolves controlled the game throughout the night as Julius Randle and Anthony Edwards delivered standout performances. It was a frustrating evening for Curry, who could only watch from the bench. One of the most talked-about moments came in the second quarter when Randle hit a three-pointer and followed it with a cheeky celebration. It prompted a visibly stunned and pathetic reaction from Curry.

For the Timberwolves, Julius Randle led the charge with 29 points, eight rebounds, and five assists. Jaden McDaniels added 14 points, and Rudy Gobert recorded 17 points and eight rebounds. Anthony Edwards was a key playmaker with 22 points, seven rebounds, and a game-high 12 assists.
