Victor Wembanyama might not have had a pleasant outing this season. Suffering a season-ending injury, the star prospect of the San Antonio Spurs saw his team crash out. Now, moving on from the heartbreak, the Spurs’ management will want Wembanyama to make a quick recovery. And by the looks of it, the 21-year-old is pretty much back.
In a recently uploaded video on X, veteran Harrison Barnes was being interviewed. While Barnes was conversing, Wembanyama appeared behind him. What looked like a team workout, the French star could be spotted trying out his moves. However, in what was a shocker, Wembanyama was caught nailing a dunk from the free throw line.

The video was shared by the Culture X account of the Spurs. Video bombing Barnes, Wembanyama was spotted sprinting down the court. He then went on to jump from the free-throw line to complete his phenomenal dunk. Surely, this was an impressive achievement despite considering the fact that Wembanyama stands at 7-foot3. Meanwhile, as Wembanyama continues to surprise fans with his talent, Charles Barkley had an interesting comparison to make.

Charles Barkley is always known for his unfiltered take on all things NBA. In a recent interaction, Barkley made some interesting comments about Victor Wembanyama and Bol Bol. Just like the Spurs’ star, Bol Bol too, was touted as a potential NBA star. Unfortunately, at 25, Bol Bol has some very average stats after playing 194 games. And surely, Barkley was not ready to draw a parallel between the two.
“The only thing Wembanyama and Bol Bol have in common is that they are both black,” Barkley said.
