In a recently surfaced video on the internet, a snippet of Flagg hearing the lottery winner is doing the rounds. The video started with the camera panning towards Flagg immediately after the announcement was made. However, while he did share a smile and clapped, it seemed like Flagg was not very excited after hearing the announcement.
