The Golden State Warriors faced a tough 124-115 loss against the Atlanta Hawks, but the biggest concern for the team is the absence of their superstar, Stephen Curry, who is dealing with a pelvic contusion. His injury came after a hard fall on his tailbone during the Warriors’ recent win over the Toronto Raptors.
Despite not being able to take the court, the 37-year-old sharpshooter remained with the team. Before the game against the Hawks, Curry took part in warmups, and in classic Steph fashion, he managed to entertain the crowd with an incredible full-court shot that stunned fans in attendance.
The NBA has never seen a more skilled basketball player than Wardell Stephen Curry with all due respect.

For most players, such a feat would be a rare highlight. But for Curry, the greatest three-point shooter in NBA history, it’s just another day at the office.
Curry’s ability to sink impossible shots is well-documented. He holds the NBA record for most career three-pointers made, with an astonishing 4,010 threes. The only player even remotely close to him on the all-time leaderboard is James Harden, who trails with 3,142.
Draymond Green Reacts To Stephen Curry’s Injury

The Warriors fans won’t be able to see their star in action for a while. Following this latest setback, Stephen Curry is expected to miss the start of the team’s six-game road trip. After the game against the Raptors, Draymond Green shared his concern for the team’s superstar.

“He hit that ground hard, you could hear it. It’s crazy. Obviously a scary moment for us, for him. Hopefully he’s good,” Green said.
Curry’s fall happened in a game where he was just starting to find his rhythm. He had already posted 17 points on 6-of-8 shooting in just 25 minutes before being forced to exit. The injury came at an unfortunate time, as Curry had just returned after sitting out the previous game for rest.
