Tyrese Haliburton continues to silence critics who label him as one of the most overrated players in the league. In Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the New York Knicks, Haliburton once again proved his value on the court by leading the Indiana Pacers to a crucial 130-121 victory on Tuesday night at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
The atmosphere during the game was electric, and Haliburton made sure to embrace the moment. One of the highlights of the night came in the third quarter when he sank a deep, eye-catching three-pointer over Knicks star Jalen Brunson. What made it more memorable was Haliburton’s reaction. He mimicked Brunson’s signature celebration after the play.

Haliburton’s energy was nearly impossible to contain throughout the game for New York. This was the first time his father, John Haliburton, was present at a game since receiving a ban for an altercation involving Giannis Antetokounmpo. Haliburton appeared primarily motivated with his father back in the stands, channeling his determination into one of his best postseason performances.
By the end of the night, Haliburton had secured a triple-double, finishing with 32 points, 15 assists, and 12 rebounds. This stat line not only fueled Indiana’s win but also placed him in elite company. Haliburton became the fastest player since Magic Johnson to record at least 500 points, 150 rebounds, and 250 assists in a playoff career.

Indiana forward Pascal Siakim chipped in 30 points in the Pacers 130-121 win over the Knicks. The key to the Pacers victory is that they played fast all night long and wore Knicks down,” Johnson wrote.
