LeBron James has been in the NBA for 22 seasons after he was drafted in 2003 by the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Nobody had a clue that he would still be playing at the age of 40 and still dominating.
With so many games under his belt, it means he has dealt with a bevy of injuries along the way.
At 6’9″ and around 250+ pounds, LeBron puts more force on his feet than a smaller player would.
LeBron James’ feet have taken a beating, and many pictures over the years have proven that.
The latest picture shows the Los Angeles Lakers star speaking to reporters while shirtless and with his feet in ice water, most likely right after a game.
X user and YouTube star @ToNYD2WiLD saw the picture showing his toes and had to make a video about it.

LeBron James Forced To Miss All-Star Game Due To His Foot

All it takes is one look at LeBron’s feet to see the impact of a 22-year NBA career.
Luckily for everybody’s eyesight, his toes have been concealed by his signature Nike shoes for the majority of his career.
Back in December 2024, James sat out of the Lakers’ victory over Portland because of left foot soreness, missing his first game of the season.
For the 21st consecutive year, LeBron was voted an All-Star Game starter. He would not play.
He cited foot and ankle soreness as a reason.
