Things just got even crazier for the NBA.
Two players on the Los Angeles Lakers have now tested positive for the coronavirus.
The entire team had to be tested after four members of the Brooklyn tested positive and the Lakers faced them at home on March 10th.
This story is still developing…
Just over an hour ago, it was revealed that three members of the Philadelphia 76ers organization had also tested positive.
Everyone, including players and staff, were tested last week hours after the NBA shut down the league due to the virus.
“Three individuals have received positive test results for COVID-19. All other tests results are currently negative. We have reported this information to state and local health authorities as required, the team said in a statement.
