Deion Sanders has caught plenty of blame for his sons’ slide down the NFL Draft, especially Shedeur.
The quarterback was widely projected to be an early first-round pick but fell all the way down to the fifth round as he was made to wait until Day 3 to hear his name called.
Shilo, who also declared for the draft, went undrafted, although the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have offered him a minicamp opportunity.
Coach Prime is thought to be responsible for the humiliation, given that he proclaimed on several occasions that there were teams he would not have his boys play for. If NFL owners were looking to send a message, as many reckon, it was loud and clear. Shedeur is set to make much less money in the pros going in round five than he would have as a first-round pick.
Deion has even been dropped as an agent by Shilo, with the defensive back admitting that things did not work out that well with their dad as their rep. He has gone the traditional route, retaining Drew Rosenhaus.

We may never know what exactly went down behind closed doors within ownership circles, but it’s hard to imagine front offices wanting to hand the reins over to Primetime and his sons. So the notion that he may have cost them in the draft is pretty valid.

However, it appears that he’s not all that concerned with keeping their faces from flushing, as he dropped another ridiculous line when all three of his sons joined him on ‘We Got Time Today,’ as he made claims of possibly having more kids, though he’s nearing 60.

It didn’t seem that the Sanders boys were thrilled at the possibility of having a baby brother or sister, but they also apparently can’t rule it out.
