Karmelo Anthony has an uphill battle for his life after he allegedly took the life of Austin Metcalf.
Because of the outrage from across the country, many are doing a deep dive into what the teens were into before both of their lives would change forever.
Austin Metcalf and his twin brother’s old photo with rifles surfaced on social media a day after his stabbing suspect Karmelo Anthony’s lawyer insisted that the attack could have been ‘self-defense.’
The 17-year-old stabbed football star Metcalf in the chest as the two attended a Texas track meet last Wednesday. Frisco Police Department officers arrested Anthony at the scene after he left Metcalf to die in his twin brother’s arm.
They weren’t the only ones to have some disturbing pictures online holding weapons.
Social media soon unearthed two pictures of Karmelo Anthony: one showing him holding a huge gun while seemingly throwing up a gang sign, and the other showing him giving the middle finger while making a scary face to the camera.
“The real Karmelo Anthony,” one post said.

What Is Next For Karmelo Anthony?

Karmelo Anthony has been charged with murder in the fatal stabbing of another student at a track meet.
The incident occurred Wednesday morning at a Frisco Independent School District stadium during a track and field championship involving multiple schools.
Austin Metcalf is dead over an incident that is said to have been started over him telling Karmelo he needed to move out of a seated area.
The suspect in the deadly stabbing has been charged with first-degree murder and is currently sitting in jail on a $1 million bond.
The way his fundraiser has raised money, he could very well be out of there by this week.
In the meantime, Karmelo has a long battle ahead of him.
