This ref needs to be investigated.
During a recent high school football game between Eastern vs Vineland, there was a measurement needed on a fourth down play, but what should’ve been a turnover on downs turned into something different when the ref seemed to move the ball to gift a first down.

That is just egregious behavior and this ref needs to answer for what he did during this game.
