Social media lit up Friday night after Olivia “Livvy” Dunne, the LSU gymnastics sensation turned influencer, dropped a surprising and sexually suggestive comment on X (formerly Twitter).
Dunne, who usually keeps things clean despite her bold persona, posted a shocking three-word message that made fans check for a hack.
It all started with a light-hearted tweet calling the upcoming College World Series between LSU and Coastal Carolina the “Madelyn Cline vs Livvy Dunne Bowl,” a nod to the women’s ties to their respective schools. Instead of brushing it off or playing along, Dunne fired back with: “Gooner World Series.” And that’s when the internet exploded.
One-Word Reply That Stirred The Internet

For the uninitiated, “gooner” isn’t just some quirky sports slang. In explicit internet subculture, it refers to a form of masturbation where the person edges repeatedly without climaxing. Dunne’s use of the word, in reference to a matchup involving herself and actress Madelyn Cline, stunned her 186,000 followers.

The post quickly racked up shares and screenshots, fueling speculation about whether Dunne intended the comment or if someone else had accessed her account. As of now, Dunne hasn’t clarified the remark or deleted the post.
Madelyn Cline, the Netflix Outer Banks star, originally from South Carolina, attended Coastal Carolina University briefly before leaving to pursue acting full-time in Los Angeles. Fans joked that the matchup between the two schools was now about more than baseball.
Dunne, 21, has built a massive online following thanks to her gymnastic skills, Sports Illustrated swimsuit features, and candid glimpses into her life with MLB boyfriend Paul Skenes. Her May 31 appearance at an SI Swimsuit party, where she wowed the crowd by dropping into the splits, had already kept her name trending. But this unexpected post added a new layer of shock and confusion. Livvy Dunne sparked buzz, whether through a joke, a rogue tweet, or online mischief, and kept everyone talking.
