Donald Trump is the people’s president.
After winning the presidential election, Trump saw appreciation and love from his wide supporter base.
And while they supported him in his time, they are looking to get the help back.
Recently, President Trump has actively supported the Massapequa community’s efforts to retain the high school’s longstanding “Chiefs” nickname and mascot.
The New York State Education Board mandate, enacted in 2023, prohibited the use of Native American-themed names, mascots, and logos. Massapequa and other Long Island school districts have challenged this mandate.
Despite legal challenges, including from Connetquot, Wantagh, and Wyandanch, a federal judge recently dismissed their lawsuit.
However, in his statement on Truth Social, Trump expressed solidarity with the citizens of Massapequa.

“I agree with the people in Massapequa, Long Island, who are fighting furiously to keep the Massapequa Chiefs logo on their Teams and School. Forcing them to change the name, after all of these years, is ridiculous and, in actuality, an affront to our great Indian population,” Trump said.

He emphasized that the “Chiefs” name has become integral to the school’s identity. He also questioned the negative stigma surrounding the school’s name when similar names, such as the Kansas City Chiefs, continue to be accepted in sports.
“The School Board, and virtually everyone in the area, are demanding the name be kept. It has become the School’s identity, and what could be wrong with using the name ‘Chief’? Trump added.
Harvard Sues Donald Trump Over Fund Blocking

Harvard University has taken a bold step by suing the Donald Trump administration.
The decision comes as a response to threats that could cut billions of dollars in federal research funding. This legal battle significantly escalates the ongoing clash between elite higher education and the Trump administration.
The administration claims its campaign focuses on combating antisemitism and promoting diversity. However, critics argue that it’s also targeting academic programs related to racial and gender issues.
Recently, Harvard was handed a list of demands, including controversial measures like auditing professors for plagiarism and making hiring decisions subject to outside supervision.
Perhaps Harvard should lose its Tax Exempt Status and be Taxed as a Political Entity if it keeps pushing political, ideological, and terrorist inspired/supporting “Sickness?” Remember, Tax Exempt Status is totally contingent on acting in the PUBLIC INTEREST!

Harvard’s president, Alan M. Garber, issued a statement expressing serious concerns about the Trump administration’s overstepping its bounds.
He accused it of trying to exert “unprecedented and improper control” over the university.
Garber, who identifies as both Jewish and American, points to the reality of rising antisemitism. However, he insists that the government has a legal obligation to engage constructively rather than impose demands that undermine the university’s operations.
Harvard’s community has rallied behind the university’s decision to take legal action, with both students and faculty showing strong support. Many faculty members, including political science professor Ryan Enos, see the lawsuit as a critical stand for education.
