This guy is something else.
After being released by the Oakland Raiders, the often controversial wide receiver would soon sign with the New England Patriots and send the sports world into a frenzy.
Luckily for everybody, it wouldn’t last long. Brown would be exposed for sending harassing text messages to a woman who accused him of sexual misconduct and Robert Kraft would make the decision to cut him after just eleven days with the team.
Earlier this week, however, Brown took to Instagram live and made it clear that he still wants to play and even encouraged any of his Instagram followers who follow the Patriots to have the team call him.
“They still gotta pay me,” Brown said in reference to grievances filed last week against the Patriots for unpaid signing bonus and guaranteed salary. “They might as well let me earn it.”
On Thursday, he took it a step further and posted a meme that showed Wolverine gently touching a picture frame that showed him in a Patriots uniform.
Maybe he should’ve thought about this before he sent those text messages.
