Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin had a touching response to a classy gesture from Cincinnati Bengals star wide receiver Tee Higgins.
Before Sunday’s Week 18 home game against the Baltimore Ravens, Higgins shared a photo via Twitter of a shirt he wore during warmups that read “LOVE FOR 3 DAMAR”.
Hamlin, who continues to make significant progress in his recovery, sent out this kind tweet in response to Higgins:

On Friday, the 24-year-old Hamlin had his breathing tube removed, and he communicated with coaches and players during a team meeting via FaceTime. Hamlin has been active on social media over the last two days.
The Bills defeated the New England Patriots on Sunday to finish with a 14-3 record. This means if they play the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game, the contest would be played at a neutral site.
