Just completely awful news for Tarik Cohen and his family.
The Chicago Bears running back had been pleading on social media to help him find his brother who went missing, and then he would suddenly delete all those tweets after he was founbd.
The Wake County Sheriff’s Office has identified a body found at an electrical substation Sunday as Tyrell Cohen. He was just 25-years-old.
Wake County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Duke Energy substation around 9 a.m. after an employee found Cohen’s body inside the perimeter, according to ABC.
“Authorities believe Cohen died of electrocution while attempting to climb equipment while fleeing from law enforcement.”
“We believe at this point, it is connected to a missing person case being investigated by the Raleigh Police Department,” Sheriff Baker said.
Foul play is not suspected in the case.
