The Buffalo Bills are out of contention for the Super Bowl following Sunday’s divisional-round loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, despite having led the group of betting favorites nearly all season.
The snowy home game ended in more disappointment for everyone associated with the team, but no one seemed as angry as Stefon Diggs, who is said to have gathered his things and stormed out of the locker room at Highmark Stadium in the wake of the result.
Diggs was also animated during the game and was seen remonstrating with Josh Allen at one point, having caught four balls for just 35 yards. The wide receiver was apparently frustrated with Allen as he felt like the quarterback missed him on a turnover on downs.
Teammate Isaiah McKenzie, who spoke to Diggs, is reported to have revealed a bit of their conversation.

“How? Every year? It’s the same thing,” Diggs is said to have asked, per Bills reporter Thad Brown.
It’s easy to understand the 29-year-old’s frustrations. A three-time Pro Bowl star, Diggis is desperate to win a Super Bowl and he must have expected 2023 to be the year he finally got that ring.
Watching the Bengals simply dominate his team at home must have been maddening.
