For the second day in a row, a standout player has been taken off the field on a cart at training camp. On Friday, Bills safety Micah Hyde was carted off after suffering a leg injury in practice.
It came after he grabbed an interception.
Jordan Poyer was said to immediately signal for trainers as Hyde took helmet off while face down.
Expectations are certainly high in Buffalo for the Bills this season after they were just seconds away from defeating the Kansas City Chiefs and headed to the AC Championship game.
Hopefully, Hyde is okay.
Back in March, the Bills restructured Hyde’s contract in order to create $4.544 million in cap space for 2022.
In 2021, Hyde appeared in 17 games for the Bills and recorded 74 tackles, five interceptions, one sack, one forced fumble, and one defensive touchdown.
