Kia Proctor, the ex-girlfriend of New England Patriots quarterback Cam Newton, is taking him to court once again and is now demanding that she received $15,000 a month in child support for their four kids, according to documents obtained by The Blast.
Since their break up in January 2020, Newton and Proctor Newton and Kia Proctor have been battling in court for custody of their children: 4-year-old Chosen, 3-year-old Sovereign-Dior, 1-year-old Camidas, and Cashmere Newton.
Via the report:
“As The Blast previously reported, in his petition, Cam asked the court to determine the amount he paid in child support. He said he was already paying Kia monthly without a court order.
Kia fired back by filing a counter-suit against Cam for custody. She is asking the court for primary custody and wants child support above the normal guideline. She also asked the court to order Cam to pay her $15,000. Kia wanted the money to hire a forensic accountant to examine his finances.”
A judge has yet to rule.
