Shedeur Sanders is still on the board following the first round of the NFL Draft.
The New York Giants passed on the former Colorado star quarterback twice. So did the Steelers and every other team he was rumored to be joining.
The Colorado quarterback didn’t hear his name called with any of the 32 picks in Lambeau Field. He will now, at best, be the third passer taken in the draft, behind first-round pick Cam Ward out of Miami and 25th-round pick Jaxson Dart out of Ole Miss.
Now, it appears his next team is taking shape.
Shedeur Sanders is the current betting favorite to be drafted at #33 overall by the Cleveland Browns.

That would be an incredible situation for him since the team has already made it clear that they regret trading for Deshaun Watson.

Shedeur Sanders Breaks His Silence After Going Undrafted In The First Round

Colorado’s quarterback Shedeur Sanders completely fell out the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft.
At draft night, four clubs had distinct quarterback issues, and none of them decided to take him.
After 32 picks, Sanders was left without a team.
Sanders addressed his supporters Thursday night in Texas after he went undrafted in the first round of the NFL draft, telling them, “Under no circumstance, we all know this shouldn’t have happened.”
Sanders, the youngest son of Colorado coach Deion Sanders, had been projected in the months before the draft as a top-five pick and one of the two top quarterback prospects.
“We all didn’t expect this, of course, but I feel like with God, anything possible; everything possible,” Shedeur Sanders said, as posted by his father on his Instagram account.
“I don’t feel like this happened, you know, for no reason. All this is, of course, fuel to the fire. And under no circumstance, we all know this shouldn’t have happened. But we understand we on to bigger and better things. Tomorrow’s a day. We’re gonna be happy regardless. Legendary.”
