Colleen Wolfe knows how to command a room.
On Thursday night in Green Bay, the longtime NFL Network host took the stage for the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft and made sure everyone was paying attention to the picks and her show-stopping appearance. Dressed in an all-black ensemble with a sleek, confident presence, Wolfe quickly became one of the night’s unexpected headliners.
Fans who tuned in might’ve expected big trades and surprising selections. What they got in addition was a bit of flair and personality from one of NFL Network’s most recognizable faces.
Wolfe, a Philly native with a quick wit and natural stage presence, shared the spotlight with ESPN’s Laura Rutledge in a playful, awards-style skit. The two walked onstage like they were about to hand out a trophy, but instead dropped some NFL news- the league will reveal its 2025 schedule on May 14.
Fans were loving the duo’s appearance on stage in Green Bay.

Veteran Host, Unapologetically Herself

Wolfe has been with NFL Network since 2014, and she’s done just about everything there- from anchoring Good Morning Football on the weekends to hosting pregame coverage for Thursday Night Football. Before that, she made her way through Philly media circles at WTXF-TV, Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia, and 94 WIP-FM.
What sets Wolfe apart isn’t just her on-camera skill- it’s the personality she brings to the role. In a 2024 interview with Crossing Broad, she spoke candidly about her Philly roots and her natural instinct to bring up the Eagles at any moment. “The only thing that I keep track of and note for myself is to not bring up the Eagles every single show,” she said with a laugh. “Everyone knows I grew up in Philly. Everyone knows I am an Eagles fan, and I lean into it.”
She doesn’t hide the bias, and that’s part of the charm. “I don’t say that I’m not, because I think every single person working in sports started as a fan,” Wolfe added. “No one is truly unbiased, but I’m also not out here breaking news as a reporter.”
That authenticity showed Thursday night. Even if some viewers weren’t into the bit with Rutledge, Wolfe’s presence stood out. Her look grabbed attention, and her energy ensured the night was lively. If you missed her onstage, she’s still covering the rest of the first round on NFL Network.
