It’s only March, but Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott already looks like he’s in the best shape of his life in the early stages of the 2025 NFL offseason.
The 31-year-old quarterback is coming off a disappointing 2024 season that ended after eight games. Prescott went 3-5 with 11 touchdowns against eight interceptions before undergoing season-ending hamstring surgery, forcing Dallas to ride Cooper Rush and Trey Lance for the remainder of the year.
But Dak Prescott has clearly put tireless work in at the gym this offseason. As you can see in this video below, the three-time Pro Bowler looks more shredded than ever before:

And to think the 2025 regular season is still over five months away, meaning Prescott has plenty of time to get into even greater shape. But even if he maintains this current weight and physique, well, the Cowboys can sure feel good about a bounce-back season.
Before their Week 1, 2024 opener against the Cleveland Browns, Dallas signed Dak Prescott to a four-year contract extension worth $240 million. That new deal kicks in this year, so the Cowboys need a healthy Prescott to produce if they’re to return to the postseason.

The Cowboys will look considerably different in 2025, to say the least. Head coach Mike McCarthy wasn’t retained following the expiration of his contract, and Jerry Jones surprised everyone by naming offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer the new HC.
All-Pro guard Zack Martin retired after a Hall of Fame-caliber 11-year career, and the Cowboys surprisingly let 1,000-yard rusher Rico Dowdle leave for the Carolina Panthers in free agency.
Once again, Jones did little as the GM to bolster a talented roster that’s still lacking depth at most positions. That means the pressure, unfairly, falls on Dallas’ top three players in Prescott, CeeDee Lamb and Micah Parsons to carry this team.
