Dwayne Haskins Tweets Then Deletes Report of Redskins’ Coaches Fighting Over Him To Start

Three games into the season and the Washington Redskins are a complete mess. It’s clear as day that this team is fighting for draft position in 2020 and not a playoff spot in 2019.

Joel Klatt of FOX Sports told “The Rich Eisen Show” that several Redskins’ coaches staff were never on board with the franchise drafting Haskins in the first round.

Haskins saw that report and quickly dismissed it as ‘fake news.’

Haskins is the only rookie quarterback taken in the first round that hasn’t played yet this season.

On Thursday, Redskins running back Chris Thompson defended head coach Jay Gruden when he responded to a report that Haskins isn’t being put in a position to succeed.
