According to ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter, two former NFL coaches have joined Brian Flores’ lawsuit against the league.
“Former Cardinals’ HC Steve Wilks and former defensive coordinator Ray Horton now have joined Brian Flores’ race discrimination class action lawsuit against the NFL and various teams,” he reports.
Horton says he felt his head coaching interview with the Titans in 2016 was done solely to fulfill the Rooney Rule and thinks the franchise already had the guy they wanted.

To further help his claims, audio has since been released showing Mike Mularkey stating out of his own mouth that he had the Titans job before they interviewed anybody else.
Flores filed a class-action suit against the league and teams including the Dolphins, Giants, Broncos, and Texans claiming that he was offered money to tank in Miami and was discriminated against as a head coaching candidate.
Wilks is a defensive assistant with the Panthers. Horton does not appear to be coaching anywhere.
The 61-year-old has worked for several teams over the years including the Bengals, Lions, Steelers, Cardinals, and Titans before taking over as the Browns’ defensive coordinator in 2016 after they hired Hue Jackson.
The Browns fired Horton a year later.
