Former National Football Players Trent Richardson and Conner Cook have plans to show off their talents once again to make a case to get back into the league.
In the final showcase in St. Louis for the XFL, the former NFL RB and QB will be participants to get their feet into the league.
They are just 2 of the 140 players that will be trying out for a potential spot when the league kicks off in 20202.
The 29-year-old Richardson was taken 3rd overall by the Browns in the 2012 NFL Draft. He only lasted a year in Cleveland before he was traded to the Colts. He would go on to play for the Oakland Raiders before they would release him in 2015.
Richardson would take his talents to the CFL in 2017 but get suspended in 2017 by the Roughriders.
That would take him to the now-defunct AAF where he had 145 rushing yards and six touchdowns for the Birmingham Iron.
Conner Cook was selected in the 4th round in the 2016 NFL Draft, but would be waived at the start of the 2018 season.
